Die springs are specifically designed to be able to absorb high pressures in contained environments. The high specifications for these springs are necessary because of the high frequency pressures applied to them.
A maximum force and durability is achieved through using high grade chrome vanadium materials (50CrV4/ DIN 17225/ SAE 6150).
Die springs are divided into a range of 8 different groups, split by diameter. This makes it possible to house different springs, with different compressive forces, for each individual application.
